Dressing

It is expected of all students to put on the right uniform for each day. The guideline for uniforms and days to be worn are stated below:

Uniform

Hijab for Girls

Socks for Girls

Socks for Boys

Shoes: Only black leather shoes are allowed. Patent and suede shoes are not acceptable.

Socks: Black and white socks which come up to the middle of the leg. Ankle socks are not allowed.

Sports Shoes: White canvass with black socks is not allowed. All students must appear in white canvass and white socks as black socks is not allowed.

Sports Wear: Learners are to dress in their school house sport wear on Wednesdays. Mufti is not allowed.

Ties: For boys.

Hairstyles:

• Boys: Acceptable hairstyle for boys should be low-cut.
• Girls: Hairstyle will be announced fortnightly.

Prohibition and Discipline

The under listed are prohibited in the School:

• Wearing of earrings/piercing of earlobes by male learners.
• Wearing of nose rings.
• Wearing of bracelets or anklets.
• Use of mobile cell phones during school hours.
• Possession of micro and macro computer games.
• Use of Discman, Walkman, Mp3, etc.
• Wearing of bushy hair, side burns is not allowed.
• Wearing of wristwatches with bracelets.
• Wearing of coloured items under the school uniforms is not allowed.

In addition to the above:

• Rolling up of school uniform sleeves is prohibited.
• Wearing of ankle socks is not allowed.
• Walking around with bare feet along the corridors/hallways is not acceptable.
• Tying of cardigans or sweater around the waist is prohibited.
• Girls must adhere strictly to the hairstyle given to them every fortnight.

Failure to abide by the above mode of dressing will attract severe punishment.
